Family owned, two generations
Tony founded the business in 1982 and incorporated it in January 2002. His son, Jonathan Alyashai, owns and operates it today. The company has worked in one county the whole time, which means familiarity with San Diego's stucco exteriors, coastal salt exposure and inland heat, and with the color approval process HOA boards and architectural review committees expect.

Tony's Painting CA Inc. holds CSLB License #803527, classification C-33 (Painting and Decorating). It is publicly verifiable on the Contractors State License Board site, and we would rather you check it than take our word for it. The insurance carried on each job is stated on every written proposal, and a certificate of insurance can be provided on request.
How we work
Every job, from a two-bedroom repaint to a phased HOA exterior, runs on the same six steps: a line-item written proposal, a signed contract, substrate inspection and disclosure, written change orders, company-supervised crews and a final walkthrough with sign-off.
