Accessibility Statement
How this site is built to be usable by everyone, what its limits are, and how to reach us if something is in your way.
Our commitment
Tony's Painting CA Inc. wants everyone to be able to use this site, request an estimate and reach us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced-motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and we keep working toward it.
What is built in
- Semantic HTML with one heading structure per page, landmarks, and a skip link to the main content
- Every control usable by keyboard, with visible focus styles, including the menus, the before-and-after slider and the offer popup, which also closes with Escape
- Descriptive alt text on content images and empty alt text on decorative ones
- Text and background colors chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast, and text that resizes with your browser settings
- Animations, the hero video and the scrolling paint clip pause or stop when your device asks for reduced motion
- The owner video on the About page carries burned-in captions; a transcript is available on request
- Phone numbers are tap-to-call links and the estimate form can be completed on a phone
Known limitations
The estimate form, the online booking scheduler and the reviews widget are provided by third parties and load inside this site. We chose providers that support accessibility, but we do not control their code. If any of them is a barrier for you, call or email us and we will take your request or booking directly.
Tell us about a barrier
If you cannot access part of this site, or something could work better, contact us and tell us the page and what happened. Email info@tonyspaintingca.com or call (619) 432-3821, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix what we can.
Standards and review
This site is checked against WCAG 2.1 AA with automated tools and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing when pages are added or changed. This statement is reviewed when the site changes materially.
