Submission of a touch-up or warranty review request does not automatically confirm warranty coverage or approval of additional work. Requests are reviewed based on the signed proposal, contract, approved change orders, project records, photos, site conditions, and applicable warranty terms where provided.

A company representative will review the request and respond regarding scope, scheduling, and any applicable next steps. Use this form to submit a touch-up request for a project previously completed by Tony’s Painting CA Inc.

Before you submit

  • Have the project address and approximate completion date available.
  • Include clear photos of the affected area and surrounding surfaces if possible.
  • Describe what was originally painted and what is now occurring.
  • Confirmation that the original project balance was paid in full is helpful for warranty-related reviews.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim conditions, and remedies are controlled by the signed proposal, contract, approved change orders, and applicable written limited workmanship warranty document for the original project.

How quickly will I get a response?

What if my project is older than the warranty period?

Tony’s Painting CA Inc. may still be able to perform touch-up work outside the warranty period as a paid follow-up engagement. The on-site assessment and written estimate would follow the standard proposal process.
